Buck, the kydex sheath it comes with has 4 holes, 2 on each side near the top. You can run para cord through these holes to create a couple of loops to attach it to your belt. It also has 2 holes at the bottom of the sheath for other types of attachments.

Bob Dozier knives would fit your needs and you can order them with an inside the waistband sheath. They have very flatly ground scales.

you can try the sog mini pentagon, and maybe a kydex sheath from normark. ive considered this knife as well, for concealed carry. theyre not that big, but they make up for it a little by how dangerously sharp and pointy they are. i would not want to get stabbed or cut by this thing. if the person has a leather or jean jacket on, just stab him then. it will be no match for this knife.
the handle design also lends itself well to a kydex sheath too.

i'll second the SLCC. love mine. i can wear it all day small-of-back under a t-shirt, fall asleep on it, and wake up thiking it isn't there because I can't feel it. Slim line is right.
Three approaches : the SLCC , sweet but hard as hell to find , Tom Krein has some great product , or check out Ken Brock - great quality , great communications , good delivery time , and that boy really understands small shanks . I have one of his Street Weasels - perfect self defence/utility blade . Try Ken , you wont be sorry .

Check Fallkniven forest s1, super strong and super light -6.7 oz (190 g). You can find it with kydex or zytel sheath.

I EDC a Scrapper SS4 but unless you want to buy one on the secondary market or wait for the next run you cant get one.

The shivworks knife(forget the name but there is only one) is a bit smaller than you want but is designed for quick drawing.
What you want is probably a dagger like the SF or Applegate Fairbain.
You can get Applegates book Kill or be Kill free on PDF on Steves pages.
It will tell you how to use a knife like this for SD.(the best defence is a knife in the kidneys).
