non-melting 5.11 (and or other companies) good pants with many pockets? black color

Might sound strange to suggest crash armor for motorcyclists, but the entire outer shell is a kevlar blended fabric, which is a bit different from other riding pants that are typically a cotton/poly outer and only has kevlar stitched onto certain areas.

I haven't exposed that to an open flame, but it's meant to provide protection for get offs up to 70 mph, and it's intended to address an issue of certain poly-type textiles melting at high speeds and getting onto your skin. Price is at a premium, but it may be a good deal cheaper if you tell them you don't need the armor.

looks like the seam is whiter even than the guy. i need full black
Plain old Propper BDUs are what I wear most of the time. The tru spec 24/7 are nice. They work for me way better than the 5.11,took back the only pair of 5.11 I ever had. Hated them.
thnx
You place your detainee in the pants and voila, instant lie detector!
WHAT?!
https://tripleaughtdesign.com check out TAD. Some of their pants are very nice.
thnx
are the patrol II pants any good?

what is the problem for them to make pic of black duluth pants, no one on the entire net!

Cotton doesn't hold black dye very well. Or rather, black dye that holds really well is very very expensive. I'd go for the cheapest black carharts and either buy RIT in bulk, or just replace the pants. If its a uniform concern then buy whatever you want and then let your boss cover it. Of course I've never had a uniform that was effective for what it was supposed to be.

your choices are cotton (cheap, will fade) Nomex (expensive, uncomfortable) or a kevlar blend (expensive, heavy, specialist) not much more than that, unless you can find someone who makes hemp pants, or find a tailor to add some cargo pockets in wool to some wool suit pants. those wouldn't melt.

Propper 60/40 blend holds color well. Nothing in 100% cotton does. One thing you can do to set the color is to soak whatever in water with white vinegar and Epson salt. I have been doing this with all my clothes and it does really keep them from fading. Someone told me that at one time clothing manufacturers set the color but most do mot anymore. My 100% cotton tshirts have been holding their color very well after doing this. Black,OD and navy were fading bad but almost not at all after the treatment. You can look on youtube for the exact mixture. I just guess witch is no doubt to much but works.

I found this out after having a few pairs of shorts getting pink looking spots on them. I was thinking a rag with bleach on it was getting into the dirty clothes. Did a little research after I had a new shirt I prewashed by itself do the same thing.

That is a great trick. I'm going to try it. How often do you do this? just once and done?

Yes, this happens to me, always with the new black pants. They look almost tie-dyed with white blotches, and I was accused of getting bleach on them. Will have to try this too.
