Non military KaBar?

Incidentally have you considered the Becker BK7? Made by kabar, Designed by the great Ethan Becker. He designed it to be the upgraded version of the USMC knife. I like it a lot better than my USMC kabar.
 
I'm not looking for anything but the classic KaBar. I've got plenty of other knives in the 7" range. Thanks for the input though.
 
What about getting semi-custom sheath, or do you want as original sheath as possible?

besides custom you're out of luck then...some other options:

- Blackjack Classic Model 7
- Marbles Ideal Hunting Knife (granted its a shorty)

dunno if either will interest you, but plenty of makers do carbon blades with stacked leather.
