Non reflective finish to shiny finish??

UPDATE
Here are three CRKT knives with the finish I was talking about. I think their term may be EDP but not sure.

CRKT uses a proprietary titanium nitride coating, which is very durable only time I ever marred the surface (I actually gouged into the metal) when I stuck the knife into some dirt and I think it met some rock. If you can find a blade that does that coating then I would say it's your best choice.
