tell me what i'm doing wrong please.
I turn on the forge and get a cut out blade that i just cut and get it to come to nonMagnetic and let it air cool, then i put in another one like the first and it turns nonMagnetic and air cool but they #2 turns back to (Magnetic) so what did i do wrong they are both out of the same steel.

They had better BOTH turn back to magnetic!
If one of them doesn't, it isn't steel.
The state of non-magnetism is only while it is ABOVE 1413 degrees.

The blades aren't supposed to lose their magnetism permanently.

What are you trying to accomplish with these steps? Are you normalizing?

did i do something wrong.

If you're normalizing, you're doing fine. Your steel will regain its magnetism naturally as the temp comes back down. All is well.

Yup, you should be fine for normalizing.
