Hello,

I was planning to do some hiking today, but the weather suddenly turned crappy so I finished this large leuku-ish chopper instead. The weather unfortunately wasn't the best for taking pictures and showing the pattern of the damascus properly either.
The full length of it is 37 cm and 39 cm with the ring included. The blade is 24 cm long, 37 mm wide and 4.5 mm thick. it is forged of 5160, 1.2516 and L6 steels with around 300 layers.
The handle is made of carved and died beechwood, with copper and bone accessories.
Its sheath is made of sturdy, 3 mm thick cowhide with some copper.

This one is 270 usd, with paypal and postal fees all included. ;)

Sold!

That is a real BEAUTY right there!!! Handle, blade, pommel just everything done right. Very nice:cool::thumbup:

I always love your work old world feel with a hint of Mad Maxx awesome!

Thanks a lot! Well there is a little Mad Max in it, the steels are all recycled materials, like springs and sawblades, the copper comes from pluming tubes and some old machine parts found at the scrapyard and the wood was an old table leg in its previous life. :)

Pay-Pal sent..Now the wait :)

It is here, thank you very much! :)
Well yes, waiting is the most unpleasant thing in it unfortunately.
Just googled you city. What a nice place to live in! :) Thou it seems a bit cold.

Well, it's not that bad I guess ;) Thou it is degrading rapidly, as the idiots around here cut and steal more and more wood :( Soon there will be none left, and this place will have the same fate as Lebanon with its Cedars.
Thanks a lot for the nice words, hope you will have much fun with the knife! :)
