Hello all.

I was wishing to know about buying from Nordic Knives.

The thing is, no disrespect to anyone who has bought from them in person , but i am only interested in opinions from people who have bought online.

ESPECIALLY if there were any ripples.

I have purchased an item, which was expensive and there is an issue, which is still up in the air. I'd like to know if i'm "the exception which makes the rule". The few reports I can find about them and Dan who dealt with me incidentally, have been positive.

I'm closing this thread. The situation has been explained to me by a solicitor. But as of today, am now finished with online shopping above a few quid. The matter concerned legalities of selling secondhand items as new, and my rights as a consumer thereafter.

This outcome is especially difficult to enjoy - an article, coming from a recommended shop, rather than an individual

I guess morals and indeed simple manners are too often left by the wayside, when you can send an item internationally without worry.

There is no need for any further communication about this one. I will let incident die. So they can have a drink on me. Slainte.
