I'm the original owner and I have carried and used this knife lightly but you will be hard pressed to find any blemishes anywhere other that a minor scuff or two on the pocket clip. The action is what you would expect from this knife. I really really like this knife but I don't carry it much and I'm ready to pass it along to make room for something else. I'm open to trade offers but make sure it's something of equal quality and value, of course a little bit of money added either way is just fine if needed.
