I recently upgraded from my self-built 2x72 grinder to the North Ridge Tool 2x72 with a VFD and some cool extras. They were posted up at QuadState in Troy, OH and had a few machines set up for people to play with and get a hands-on look at it, one was even plugged in to mess around with the VFD. George and Chuck were really helpful in answering all of my (probably stupid) questions, and were more than happy to help me build a package which fit my budget and needs. I live close enough that they even let me drive out to pick it up from their shop so I could save on shipping. They had everything hooked up and ready to go -- all I had to do was install my own 220 plug on it (compatible to my outlet, since the outlet types vary) and it was ready to use. They were also very adamant that if I had *any* questions about setup or anything to call them pretty much whenever and they'd help me get things sorted out. Really nice couple of guys, absolutely stunning grinder, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
