Northeast Hammer-in Essex Vermont July 21 & 22, 2007

I didnt have enough money for anything really. Thats why I had that 126lb Peter Wright anvil for sale =D If it had sold I'd have bought a blade from someone there, even if only one of the Kravitt /Coomb ones just so i'd have a nice knife. I dont own any knives except for the ones on my leatherman and my old barlow pocket knife, not a single fixed blade.

Christoph Deringer forged this from 1"x.25" 1084, along with the increadible oragami bird which he gave me when I got the blade.

Thanks, Justin, for such a comprehensive review. Nicely done! I had to laugh out loud when I saw my offending van crushing a poor new sapling. :( ;) I didn't have a clue....

Thank you!

Coop - those little spruces are tough - it sprung right back up and is doing just fine :)
