Hello. I have a 14 Northfield, hafted in Sambar Stag. Purchased from AD. I picked it out by letter, because I loved the look. Neither carried, cut or sharpened. Taken out for images and looking. It’s a beauty in excellent shape, but I always caution that those seeking perfection, should look elsewhere. In the right light you might see a swirl on the blade or bolster, but to my eyes, it looks great. Both blades are near center. No rubs. Tube and wax paper included.
