Placed an order for a GEC folder that I couldn't find anywhere else, and received an almost immediate order confirmation email (actual email--not automated). Shortly afterward came the paypal confirmation, and a couple hours later a 'shipped' confirmation email. Received the knife 2 days later via USPS priority mail.
The knife is perfect, and the packaging was the best I've seen in quite awhile--the knife was even cushioned inside the cardboard tube by a few foam 'donuts'.
I will not hesitate to order from there again. (I searched the boards for any member experiences with this company first, and was hesitant when I found none--but I wanted that knife too badly not to try! Glad I took the chance!)
