Well as the old saying goes "Live & Learn"...I made an order to Bladematrix in the middle of July for 4 items. I received an email a week later informing me that only one item would be shipped and the other three were backordered but coming. After another week I replied to inquire about the three items and was informed that two of them could come between now and December and the last item was expected this week.
I replied to please cancel my two items that may arrive when Santa does and I will wait until the end of the week for my last item and I will be needing my money back. The reply last week was your item will be here this week and I will refund your money at the same time I ship the item. It has now been 9 days since that exchange and I am still waiting for all of the above mentioned items...
I have previously used this vendor with no problem but was first notified that there has been bad experiences with the vendor from contributors to this forum. I only wish I had read first before ordering this last round of knives...
