Saw this yesterday and couldn't resist. Anyone else grab one?

I was looking at them last night.
Looks so much like my GEC EO single blade 25 but with a much higher price tag.
Great looking folder, but not for the price of the stag version. IMO.

Doug, I don't believe they're a dealer here ... Here's the pic though. These are GEC made and I believe on the #25 frame. Nice looking knife.

Yep they look super nice. I like the saber grind. The #25 is very pocket friendly and provides a thick enough handle for a good grip. All in all it's a very good package.

I love those 25's (still!) I wonder why some of the stags are priced cheaper than the others? Seconds maybe? They're gorgeous, but yeah, that stag is waaay too expensive.

I love the grinds. That's a great looking knife to my eyes.

The swedge and sabre grind are hot buttons for me, but the Northwoods Logo is like a red light for me i stop and can't quite seem to admire the rest of the knife

Guess I'm the minority with the blade stamp. I like the way the first and last letter extend down a bit. One thing we all seem to agree on is the blade grind. Love that swedge.

I love it myself, and was just about to pull the trigger on the stag when the long-awaited "Tom's Choice Barlow" popped up. I have 3 of them coming now, guess this guy will have to wait a few weeks. Love the Northwoods line though, i have several, though build quality was spotty on a few (blades hit the liners on the Queen made versions).

Got one on the way. I like the leather pocket sheath it comes with.

I can see in the web pictures that "Northwoods" is a definitely a stamp, not etching. It is also described as a "stamp" on the site.

Couldn't help myself, bought one in bone (for carry) and one in stag (#7) for the collection. Never owned a traditional with spearpoint (gladius, tanto tip! ) before. To me, they are unique and look great. The premium ($29) for stag is a bit more, but I think this is a unique-enough knife and worth owning due to the small run and numbered series of the stag.

Depending on how tight the lock-up is, I think this will make a nice little woodsbumming knife because of the point and saber grind.

I'm way over my knife budget, robbing Peter to pay Paul (in this case, Scott, Charlie and Matt ;)). Otherwise, I'd be getting one of these. That logo puts me off, but overall I really like the knife itself. I am not a fan of saber or scandi grinds either, but I just really like this knife.

I've been looking for a single bladed 3" Barlow for so long! I prefer a clip point, but I'm about to pull the trigger on this one.
