Northwoods Delta Jack black micarta.

I was lucky enough to get 2 of these thinking one would be a user, but I'm happy ogling the other one and want to pass this along to someone who will enjoy it.

About the knife:
Good centering, clean fit and finish, never cut anything, unsharpened/unstropped/etc.

The blade, spring and bolsters have had some frog lube applied (inside and out) and the pivot has had a light flushing with nano oil - you probably want to flush it more.
