I purchase this knife as new from the exchange. It came with a nick in the edge from hitting the back spring. The factory edge was terrible, particularly at the tip. I sharpened it and used the knife for a few weeks. This has been an excellent user and there are marks to prove it. I tried to capture them in the pics the best I could. There's some scratches on the right side towards the spine. It had a heavy patina and I polished it off mostly with a sunshine cloth. The fit and finish is what you would expect from Northwoods knives. Only reason I'm letting it go is because I've recently acquired other knives in this size category that are going to get most of the carry time. This might as well go to someone who will use it.
