Northwoods Mountain Man

Are those beauties MM made by Queen?
They´re really wonderful, but I can´t stand the bladeplay I´ve found in the two Mountain Man Queens I got from knifeworks, even handpicked.
It´s a real pity, 'cause I love the pattern.
Regards

very very nice. how much do they usually go for? love that ivory one!

Thanks Spyken,

$140 for the Stag Lockback 1 of 100
$185 for the Pre-Ban Ivory Mountain Man 1 of 2

The ivory is not quite one of a kind but the next best thing to it...:)

Where did you buy them? I didn't see them on the Northwoods site.

I bought them at River Raisin Knife Co.

But I see that Cumberland Knives has them also..

Both stores are first class in my experience with them, with outstanding service and shipping.

Sevilla & Pinetree,

I have had the same experience with Mountain Man knives having blade play as well but most of those were from a few years ago. I pulled both the stag and ivory out to test for blade play and I am happy to say that both of them are as tight as can be with no wobble..?

Thanks, Sunburst, and congratulations for your knives.
Anyway, should I understand that Queen has already fixed their QC problems?
Regards.
