It should not have been that way. We don't normally take back anything that has been modified like that, but let's swap it out anyway.
 
This thread was the deciding factor in knowing where my next knife well be purchased through! It is excellent customer service like this that is what keeps current customers enthralled and draws in New long term customers, count me as one of the latter!
 
I agree! As a matter of fact I'll probably be putting in an order this weekend. There's a new knife calling my name!
 
KSF= The Best in customer service, I have in the past and will in the future, buy from them again.

That being said I agree that KSF does a great job. I'll also add that I've had nothing but great service from the other dealers who post here regularly.

Now lets return to our normal programming!
