NORTHWOODS SCAGEL KNIVES
Reproduction by Northwoods Knives. Northwoods owned the Scagel trademark (name and Kris logo) and this is an authentic, legal use of the name on a very high quality bit of Americana. These two unique pieces are Number's 11 and 12 in the Northwoods series of Scagel-branded reproductions of William Scagel's original designs. Great handmade box by Dave Samolis. The knives in the series all used 1095 steel and varied in slip joint and fixed blade design. These will come with the original packaging wrapped in paper with the felt pocket sleeve.
The knives are new, never used or sharpened. Made while Northwoods was still in Gladstone, Michigan.
