Norton Blaze Belts

I had ordered some belts from Tru Grit around the first of January and they were out of Blaze 36 grit and 120 grit, which was placed on back order. I talked to them today, 01/18/10, and they still do not have the 120 grit and said that the factory was having some sort of material problem. If anyone is in a hurry for some of these, they may need to try a different souce for now.

Order from Tracy. I've never had any issue with him getting stuff.


My last order with TruGrit is my LAST order with TruGrit. I ordered two months in advance for an event I was responsible for getting belts for, and after calling and checking on the status of my order ("It just went out" every time... and NEVER getting a tracking number -- they'd have to 'call me back' for that), I had to pay them to cover red label shipping on it! Never even got a 'sorry'.

Wow, every order I've had (which isn't many, mind you) has been great from tru-grit - fast shipping and really helpful guys... That's too bad it sounds like yours didn't go well at all!

I've also had the same expeirience as Matt with tru-grit .....everytime theres a problem. Allways great dealing with Tracy!

Thanks for the info. Although I have ordered other items from Tracy, I was not aware he had Norton Blaze belts. I ordered some from him after seeing the answers here. I have had very few issues with Tru Grit over the last 5-6 years, always corrected any problems quickly and courteously.
