Not a Buck fan.....but have a ?

Well it looks as though I will be getting a 110 sooner than anticipated.
I was contacted by a fellow forumite with an offer of a 110 if I wanted it(for free).
I accepted gladly and want to publicly thank this individual for his kind offer.
I will not mention his name as I do not wish to without his permission.
This is just another reason why I like this forum.
I will let you all know what I think when I get it and get a chance to try it out.

Definitely get a 110. If you want, Smokey Mountain has an attachable thumb stud for about 4 bucks. I carry a $350 John W. Smith handmade folder with a clip in my pocket and a Buck on my belt. The Buck does all the work-one is for show, the other for go.
Their warranty is the best, and they've got a relative of mine as their senior partner. Cant beat it

I just received the 110 yesterday and my first impression is favorable.
I like the overall feel of the knife and the lock-up seems solid enough.
The blade has seen some use but is in fair condition.
Does the company refurbish their knives at all, and if so, at what cost?
Thanks again for the comments and for the knife. I am eager to try it out.
