Recommendation? Not a Good Year for Knives

I believe the SOG powerlocks are still made in the USA and I have had great results with them. The jaws are strong as hell and the tool sets seemto be just right

Another USA made multitool is the Schrade multitool. They don't make them in the USA anymore, but you can find them on ebay for a decent price. I have the USA made Schrade vice grip multitool and really like it.

I did some quick research on the anti-gun but Tim Leatherman is a democrat supporter, which would place the anti-gun stigma on him, and given he is the company's namesake what he does personally will often be viewed to reflect upon the company. From there everyone can make their own decision on their views of the company and I think we can leave this to the total of politics referenced in this thread.
The party of choice does not mean anything with regard to gun rights.

I generally prefer the Victorinox pliers based multi-tools. SOGs are good too.

22-rimfire 22-rimfire Im not saying it does but that is where people seem to be getting the anti-gun labeling from. I think the Victorinox are what I would get if I were in the market for a new one atm just looking at them seems to be the best suited for the tools and style I seek.
