Be aware that there are two small worm holes in the wood. It gives a light spalted look to the top of the handle.

I like the look of the handle and it's shaping. Good looking handle with the mid brass and looks comfortable to grip

Thanks for the comments guys. This knife sat on the coffee table for a week before I had nerve enough to post it.

Yeah Mike, it was a little nervous to grind. I just knew I was going to grind that skinny handle into the hidden tang.

Nice pieces, and they look to be very capable 'using knives' aswell. Nice leather work. It would complement anyones belt.

Gerry- Great looking blade and knife! Glad it sold. Looks like your heat-treater is doing good.

Saw you in Blade mag. -- you should be getting real busy real soon, if not already! Nicely done article, too.

The picture in Blade was kind of a surprise to me. I wrote an article (at thier request) about two years ago and submitted it with the photos done by Terrill Hoffman. It never got printed and I forgot all about it. They must have filed it and used a small portion of my verbage for this month's magazine. I am busy Eddie, but why is it I'm not rich?
