Nope, I have built more guns than I can remember. Most of them are not full from scratch builds but some are. The first gun I built her was from a destroyed marlen 30-30 lever gun. Got it from a guy who’s dad wrecked it. Guess like 35-40 years ago he had it in a scabbard on his dirt bike out chasing cows. The gun came loose and went through a wheel. Not sure front or rear but I’m thinking rear. The barrel was bent about 3” off center and so was the magazine tube. The stock was split lengthwise from stem to stern and huge chunks taken out of it. I straightened the barrel and cut it down to 16” and shortened the mag tube. Fixed the stock and shortened it to my wife’s length of pull. Then reshaped it to remove all the deep missing chunks. Then did a complete action job. Can cycle that gun with you pinky finger.Very nice
Have to ask, some years you make your wife a gun?
Do you mean something for her gun?
Although here I wouldn't be surprised by guys smithing guns
jesus JT that’s frickin crazy!!!Shoots an 1150gr bullet at up to 2300fps. It’s all over the inter web so just search 700WTF to see pictures.

Next build was an ar15. Yeah I know I hate when people say thy build guns and all thy do is assemble ar15s. But hers is highly custom. Machines out the left side of the upper and made a titanimum side charging handle for it and moved the bolt release to the right and extended out the mag release.
The build I’m most know for is the 700WTF. That rifle was build 100% from scratch and napkin sketches. Shoots an 1150gr bullet at up to 2300fps. It’s all over the inter web so just search 700WTF to see pictures.
