4 - quick soak in vinegar again to bring out temper line.
5 - quick rinse with acetone to make it "pop"
Tell more about the acetone.
What does it do?
Does it have to be post vinegar?
Doing my own search while I await.

Nasty = world traveler extraordinaire......:eek:

ddean - the acetone is one of those "secrets". It works "post anything" to clean up an etch and make it darker. You'll get the darkest results after FeCl. That's the most I know. Beyond that, if it will work with mustard, etc....I don't know.

Post the pictures!

Hey, when are you going to buy a car and come up here to make me some beef stew??

Seriously Heber, Let me know if there is something in particular that you want me to look out for on the lemon lot.
