Not as much love for the Manix 2?

I love them both I only rotate between 4 knives. My Manix Cruwear, Para 2 s35vn, Stretch SB and Gayle Bradley. The Manix and Para 2 probably get the most pocket time. And I really could pick a favorite

I love them both, but I do think the Manix comes up fairly often here on the forums. I don't think it's being neglected.

Steel hardness and durability (edge wear) wise my Griptillian bitch slapped my Manix in S110V
I have been asking Sal to take the blade back for inspection to no avail / no reply.
I figure someday maybe I will send it back and see if they can put a properly hardened and tempered blade in it.

I think I will wait until I start hearing some stellar reviews of the latest batch of S110V. Some where here I read they have upped their game with this steel. Personally I am pretty over it and am looking forward to getting some 10V or some such. Heck the M390 in the Grip is what I want and need. I just wish the Manix had been treated better so to speak.

As far as the Manix LW I think it is a very fine knife. I don't find it too large in pocket. Feels good in the hand. Once I got manned up enough to work the ball lock all was peaches and cream. I like the wire clip. The way it hits the round spot on the handle allows it to slip onto a pocket without damaging my pants. It grips and stays clipped perfectly. The bidirectional texture on the LW handle is perfect and very effective . . . It is a great product . . .

Got a pm2 in a drawer somewhere. I really should trade it away.

Manix 2 has better ergo and blade shape for my needs. Manix 2xl is even better but it's big for dress clothes.

Really wish my regular manix 2 has skeletonized liners to cut down on the weight. May have to find a sprint run. It's an ounce heavier than the pm2. I think that's what really holds it back.

Other than that I'm pretty much done buying other pocket knives. The manix 2 and XL is it for me.

The Blurple S100v Manix 2's have skeletonized liners. Brings it down to about 4.1. Very close to the PM2. Not even the slightest loss in rigidity either.

EDC this everyday while the PM2 sits somewhere in my dresser.

i have some PM2's and manix 2s in my collection,i don't carry the manix that much at all because of its to bulk/to wide in my pocket!i tend to like the domino size knifes these days more, but the manix 2 is one grate knife though and fit my hand like a glove,i really think most people dislike its how wide it is!

Just got my Manix 2 and love this thing. I chose it over the PM2, which I was considering, because of the looks mostly. I feel they are comparable in use, just liked the looks of the Manix 2 more.

I have the PM2 and manix 2. Both are my EDC blades I just take whichever one is closest to me when I'm getting dressed.

The Blurple S110V Manix2 has skeletonized liners. One of the best deals out there.

Second this. That is one hell of a knife. I have multiple PM2s, a Delica, Kershaw Knockout, an Endura HAP40, Manix 2 LW and my S110V Manix gets most of my pocket time.
