I'm a self tough learning as I go aspiring bladesmith .

Everything in this thread is hand made including some of the machine's

Not bad for my second attempt at "Hamon"

Blade material = 1/8" thick circular saw blade cut out and shaped on my sander

The handle that you don't see is a deer antler that a friend found in the brush

The "clay" used was Rutlands furnace mortar .

A custom Skinner with my orange fabric micarta and of course it has "Hamon" cause I love the appeal and function of it
 
Just one more take on a lawnmower machete.

Blade thickness is 0.132
Blade width is 2" 1/4
Blade length is 12" 3/4
Overall length is 19" 5/8
Handle is my homemade denim micarta held together with epoxy and 1/4" brass pins

Wow looking good! Wish I could mess around and make awesome toys like you. Really like that wrench thing.
