Recommendation? (NOT custom) survival knife without budget limit

Bark River Bravo 2 in 3V would be my pick (A2 is also perfectly fine). Convex blade geometry is great for bushcraft (think a profile of an axe), 3V is indestructible, while still corrosion resistant enough (but choose the water proofed leather sheath for it, just in case). The handle is one of the most comfortable handles out there. You can get it in many beautiful handle materials, but I think micarta and g10 are the toughest. It is not custom, but it is almost custom. I would get the rampless version.

I would recommend the Terava skrama 200 as a a cheaper alternative but it is coated carbon steel..

I prefer to chop with a GFB hatchet but I prefer a long-ish blade to process down firewood. Would you be willing to consider a medium sized blade and a hatchet or silky saw? Stepping into the 4.5-6" knives open up some amazing options. I just bought a white River firecraft 7 that should be here Thursday but I've had great results from the architect 5.5 in 3v or the white River ursis 45. Neither of which meet your needs. I'm looking forward to trying a few different lengths of great blades for my hand to see what gives me the most versatility. I doubt it'll be the firecraft 7 but I have to try it.

Short story long for my xl glove sized hands the firecraft fit well and should have what you need.
