Sounds downright cloudy. Might have to break out a long sleeve shirt.

We had about twenty seconds of, what looked like snow, but turned into hail for another ten seconds, then faded back to rain just before last weekend.

Today we had light sprinkles of rain, with a cloud burst of fried Chevy clutch just before reaching home. Chance of ride sharing in the forecast.
That’s not good. Is the Jeep down to?

And ... have another happy Groundhog Day!! Vuja Dei, the strange feeling that none of this has ever happened before.
And for us land-locked spectators, Jaws-Super Saturday-16-January-2021-o_O

Got to give props to Benchmade... Ordered a custom bugout late Friday night... It shipped early this morning... That's quick.

My ZT 0562 with carbon fiber and 20cv blade ships today too.

I wonder which one will get the most pocket time... Will be interesting...

I should be set with folders now for a good long time.

You were probably set before you purchased these, haha.

My only folders before those 2 were a Brous Bionic XL and a RAT 2... The Brous needs to be serviced. The lock doesn't hold it open very well, but Brous said they'll fix it as soon as I send it in. I've procrastinated for 6 months now LOL... it's a nice knife though... #6 of 1000 made.

The RAT 2 in D2 has been my daily carry... Nothing wrong with it... Just wanted something nicer...

I've given all other folders to my kids. They probably have 5-6 each.

Yeah, I mean, I get it. Still hard to not buy another, haha. Funny, they basically all do the same thing, but because some look cool, you just have to have it. :D Resistance is futile...

It. is. hard. to. stop.

Mostly I just buy folders these days, but the stuff I made w/o plans to sell, experiment, or whatever... they keep piling up.
I have a whole tub for mostly Beckers.

If Ethan came out with a tweener sized blade with a longer handle, and with a larger forefinger groove, I'd buy it. Other than that, I probably won't buy anymore Beckers, lol.

Very nice! I’m on the verge of purchasing a crooked river and a mini crooked river from the custom shop. What did you end up getting? Did you order the Bugout? You know we will want to see pics, right? :)

The ZT 562 is a tank of a folder. It flips open with authority. I have the titanium version and my one critique would be that it could be a little lighter. Carbon fiber should take care of that.

I have two CRKs coming in any day now.

Yeah I got a custom shop bugout with black G10, 20cv steel, and blue accents.

I figure at the college everyday I can take the bugout, as it will look less intimidating, or when going out somewhere with the wife...

Then while in the woods and I may want a beefier blade I can use the ZT... When I'm hiking I normally carry a KDSH hawk and a folder.

But truthfully I'll probably carry whichever one I like best all the time LOL

Both folders are supposed to be here Monday. I'll take some pictures of them side by side.

I have a Mnandi sitting in my desk at work - at some point, I should sell it, because it hasn't had any pocket time in 18 or so months.
wonderful little knife, but between its size (not big) and the fact that it's a right handed framelock, it doesn't mesh well with my fat left handed fingers.

Mnandis are supposed to be nice. At some point I’ll check them out.

I have a small Inkosi tanto with natural micarta and a large Sebenza 21 with bog oak coming.
