Had the opportunity this year to use my Stretch II with ZDP-189. Field dressed, skinned, caped and butchered a whitetail deer. Just got to say WOW - this thing really slices and holds an edge. No resharpening required during the process.

I've used a standard Stretch with VG-10 for the same cutting chores and a touch up on the SharpMaker is needed to keep it slicing. Not so with the ZDP-189 Stretch II. Can I say WOW again?

The Stretch II is a very nice knife...it managed to bump my RSK Mk1 out of my pocket for hunting duties. :thumbup:

I really love the carbon fiber pattern the folks in Golden use for their handles, especially.
 
If I had to give up all my Spydies, and only keep one, it would most definitely be The Stretch. For me, its the best all around user of the bunch.
Second place would be the Para D2 :D
