Sounds as if the fourth of July was a DUD!! A while back I stopped buying new knives from all distributors because of low quality control. Mine were coming with dents , scratches , blades that don't fold completely. they were all sent back to buck to be observed and corrected. It wasn't worth the time. I have invested in Buckmasters and M-9's. Laying low until Buck gets it back together.
Alot went out the door. I have seen two on here that did not come as expected. Not necessarily a Dud Michael. Have you purchased any new knives? Because if you haven't bought many I'm not sure how you can take such a negative stand. I don't recall any pictures of bad knives you have received or are you just jumping on the bandwagon again. It's too bad anyone receives a product that doesn't meet expectations. I have alot of luck and haven't experienced issues that pop up on here now and again. I know that there are not the amount of issues you seem to claim are out there.

Let's see your pictures Michael of all the bad news knives you have received. You bitch alot but I think they are empty. You have three logins on here, Michael, Jenny and Mr big1. What's up?

Hope to see you at BCCI next year at the factory.

Damn man don't you read! I send them back I don't take pictures of bad knives. I stopped buying from ALL BUCK distrbutors. Where are you getting this nonsense from about logins. I have 1 MICHAEL5135. OH I WOULD LOVE TO RUN INTO YOU!!!! By the way my son is back starting at the military academy and has grown out to be a sturdy MAN. You don't have luck you see before you buy. Try buying from SK and C and C you probably never have, then you'll see what average joe gets through the mail. They probably get all the blems. I received a white G-10 112 that was supposed to be white and had all kinds of I believe grinding dust all over. I cleaned it with a toothbrush for over an hour.

It is a private school! You're info is hogwash. I have no idea where you get this from. I'm not showing you jack. Check Fork Union military Academy Grades 7-12. Westpoint is post graduate and an officer training school. What a pedantic++.

Besides you have to be represented by a person who is a state legislator ,senator or from the house of representatives to be accepted to West Point. what a________!! YOU FILL IN THE BLANK.

Yeah it sucks sometimes to be excited and then be let down like that. I know they have a disclaimer about material differences but maybe somewhere in the line of manufacturing they could try matching the left and right material before it continues on down the line.
I wouldn't mind that. Good on Buck to offer a free shipping return labels to you to remedy the situation.

Yes I have bought knives from copper and clad as well as SK blades and all were perfect.

Copper and clad transactions

2428 positive, 1 neutral and 2 negative.

SK Blades.

157 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative.

Not bad considering how many bucks they sell.

Not saying they don't get bad examples. I'm just saying it's not the horror story you portray.

MULE MUFFINS those numbers could be other brands. Who is to say they are Bucks? You must do this for Buck commissions. Check it out the world isn't flat.

They sell buck. SK 100 percent. Copper and clad at least 95 percent. Check it out.
No commissions,

Just facts

Ebay ratings.

SK sells approx 10-15 different Buck knives that's it. C and C sells 27 different makes of knives. Thats why there is a difference in the number of reviews. You pick just what you want to write Looper not the whole story. I'm done listening to you CHEERLEAD!!! See if you can get a Representative to recommend your kid to West Point LOL!! You have the basic eligibility and application process already.

One thing buy some letter stamps for your sheaths. Scratching your name is little league.

The issue with the dyed wood is that they all look the same until we start sanding and buffing after assembly. The dye does not soak in at the same rate along the piece of wood. We do take out the ones that turn out radically different side to side. Each knife ends up with it own unique character. beauty being in the eye of the beholder some like the color variation, some want it perfectly same on both sides. We are actively working on getting this more consistent.

Shouldn't it be the opposite, you get everything right and then you sell the product and have no complaints?
