No regrets, right??? I hope so, but I sometimes have my doubts…

Up for grabs are a few of my “Safe Queens”, which means that I have not used any of them myself. The lack of time to use them is the issue for me. You, yes YOU!!! (;)), now have a chance to get your mitts on some rare INFI.

With the exception of the Basic 7, all of the knives are unused AFAIK. I am not the original owner of the A2 SHBA, but that appears to be unused.

All listed prices are for USPS Priority with insurance shipped CONUS if paying by USPS MO. If paying by PP, please add 3.5%. The sale is open for everyone regardless of location. Just read the below paragraph if you are outside of CONUS. Additional actual charges will apply as per that paragraph.

Non-CONUS buyers only:

I will also ship worldwide with the following additional restrictions: I have CONUS shipping costs of $15 USD built into the price. Any shipping, insurance, customs, or any other charges over $15 to get the knife to you is on you for the actual amount, and is due BEFORE I ship the knife. Also, it will be declared at full value for the purpose of Customs declaration. You may choose the shipping method as long as I can do it, but you incur any additional costs and full responsibility once the knife leaves my hands. I can try to get insurance, but we all know it is not always readily available. I will try to be as accommodating as possible within reasonable limits.

Basic 7 (smooth coating, not crinkle coating) with leather sheath by unknown maker: $ 315 GONE!!!

Busse A2 SHBA Apprentice: $ Withdrawn

Pumpkin-handled ASH-1 (as received from Busse): $ Withdrawn

G-Rex handled SFNO (as received from Busse): $ 760 GONE!!!

The first unequivocal “I’ll take _____” in this thread gets it. No trade offers at this time please.

Price drop on the Basic 7 and SHBA Apprentice.

For the newer folks who may not realize what these are--

The Basic 7 is a 7" blade of M-INFI, that is, "modifed-INFI". M-INFI pre-dates the INFI as we know it today in Jerry's knives. However, you can rest assured that you are not getting some type of inferior blade. The fact is that without precision instruments, a user cannot distinguish performance differences between INFI and M-INFI. Yes, INFI is slightly better overall, but the margin is small enough that a user will never even know that it's there.

The Basic 7 also comes with a leather sheath. This is not some garbage sheath made by a "weekend leather-making warrior", but a nice sheath that fits the Basic 7 perfectly. It was made for this knife. So ask yourselves, "where else can I get a 7-inch Busse blade AND leather sheath for $320?" If you can come up with an answer, grab it because it is a "smoking deal". You can't even get that from BCS.

As far as the SHBA goes, this is virtually a mirror image of the coveted SHBA that everyone yearns for and readily pays twice my price. If you don't think these are coveted because you never heard of them, then do a search. You'll find more threads than you can read in half a day. I purchased it with the intention of stripping it, hot-blueing it, and throwing some new custom slabs on it, but again, I am not finding the time to do so. If done, it would still be significantly less-costly and (IMO) nicer than some of the used SHBAs that go for much more and are just as hard to find.

I do not know if I will drop the price on these further. Good luck everyone! :)

SHBA Apprentice specs:

OAL 9 3/8"
blade length tip to grind 4.5"
blade width 1 7/16"
spine thickness just in front of the grind .28"

nearly 1600 views...

This will likely be the final bump. The remaining knives will be withdrawn soon.
