This Satin Jack came from a Knob Creek show, truly a sharpened crowbar with those thick shoulders above the grind, yet, it has a hollow grind with a nice sharp edge, & a light swedge from the flat part of the spine to the tip. Busse Combat Jack lol

I hoped that I’d have a few goes at the oven before doing calzone… turned out to be my first in wood fired option…
It was excessive flour on the dough that caught fire and got burnt, it wasn’t bitter at all
