3. Flashlight

4. Daily carry fire starter

5. Fix blade when your carrying a belt knife.

6. Do you wear para cord bracelets or Leatherman bracelets?

This doesn’t feel like a serious thread, but I’ll give a real answer.

My daily carry, by location:

Left front: personal keys, Streamlight Microstream light

Right front: in pocket- Wenger Esquire, clipped in pocket- modern folder (rotates)

Right rear: wallet

Left rear: phone

Right side belt loop: work keys

Left wrist: watch

Pretty simple. I keep a first aid kit in my car, pens everywhere I go (Space Pen in pocket on days off, Parker Jotter at home, Zebra F-301 and Sharpie at work), and ponchos + space blankets in my car.

The kind of scenarios I prefer to plan for are things like car trouble in freezing temperatures, power outages, etc.

What do you want to carry daily pluse your belt knife.

1. Watch, unless your rich keep it real, no Rolex. What so you want on your wrist daily?

Right front pocket. What do you want in it?

1. Folding knife or small fix blade including multi-tools.

2. Flashlight

3. Fire source.

On outdoor days what belt knife and sheath?

Do you carry any special bracelets? Which ones and what for.

Dont want gun sugestions because we all need to be carrying the Glock 29 in 10mm.

Please be realistic, we are talking actual wear and use stuff, not rolex's and randal made knives, unless you can really afforda Rolex and a Randal made knife. Am i spelling Rolex right.

What wallet. What daily carry survival stuff do you carry daily?

Thank and good luck.
Too hard to answer. Too many variables and I tend to carry different stuff for different days. In general I do carry a pocket knife and a bic lighter.

Usually a G Shock of some sort.

Right front pocket. What do you want in it?

1. Folding knife or small fix blade including multi-tools.

Whatever folding knife suits the day. I like to rotate through them and chose based on what I think best fits the days potential.

2. Flashlight

I keep several around the house, one in each vehicle, and a small streamlight and headlamp in my “man bag”. I don’t carry one in my pocket much.

3. Fire source.

Zippo or Bic, all the time in pocket.

On outdoor days what belt knife and sheath?

Again, it varies on what I’m doing. Largest I carry on the belt would be the KaBar Turock, Cold Steel Master Hunter, or something similar. Sheath varies by knife.

Do you carry any special bracelets? Which ones and what for.

Sometimes a few large rubber bands, but mostly do not have a bracelet.

Guns are good.

Remington leather wallet with way too many credit cards and not enough gold bouillon.

Thank and good luck.

Answered in your quote. Thanks!

My regular EDC consists of the following:

RFP: Reate New Torrent

Wrist: Citizen Eco-Drive. I love this movement for its accuracy, dependability and robustness (also have a Sinn or Tag that I’ll add in—I’d love a Rolex like Charlie Mike Charlie Mike , but that’s not within my current, responsible budget! Beautiful Sea Dweller nonetheless).

LFP: a Vic Pioneer in black alox and a Fisher Bullet. I keep them together in a leather slip from CK.

Wallet is a Saddleback medium bi-fold. I’ve had it for six years and it’s only gotten better with age. I dunno if it’s still something they do, but mine came with a card that said “they’ll fight over it after you’re dead.” Great wallet.

While this lineup does change sometimes, this is my go-to carry.

double post. Sorry. I’ll edit to add, this is what lives in the bag on my bike. It’s been with me rain or shine and has been an excellent knife. D2, phosphor bronze washers and a robust design. For $40? A no-brainer

Tag Heuer Indy 500

Leather wallet, work keys, folder, front right.

Smartphone, house keys (inc. Vic Classic), front left.

Man, I have so much junk it varies day to day.

Currently, today:
Garmin fitness tracker for my watch.
Wallet is an money clip bi-fold I made
Right pocket, Steel Will Onrush
Left pocket, Beer Scout
Left hip, Leatherman Rebar
Right hip, Ruger Blackhawk .357. I know you didn't ask for it, but I'm old school and poor, so 10mm is too spendy to shoot and the last bear that tried to maul me in the suburbs of southern Indiana I just clubbed to death with my Ruger;)

I don't routinely carry a way to make fire on my person. When hiking, I would leave the pocket folder and opt for a Fiddleback Forge Hiking Buddy and carry a fresh-filled Zippo.

I always carry in my left front pocket a Vic Waiter, my Fenix flashlight, and a ZT pen. In the right front I rotate mostly ZTs and Kershaws, and an occasional Spyderco or Benchmade if the mood strikes.

I don't wear a watch as my phone tells the time, but I do have a nice Citizen that my wife bought me many years ago.
I have most recently been wearing a small fitbit - as I am on a health plan through work and they are monitoring my sleep and activity, while I am logging food and exercise.

My wallet is a Pulp Fiction Bad M-Effer - my son bought it for me as he knows that is my favorite movie.

I have a key-ring that has an old craftsman 4-blade screwdriver and a JK pry tool.

Belt knife? Usually a JK, Busse or my ZT0180.

best

There are probably better ways to ask for budget gear ideas, let’s skip the repeated negative inferences that people who carry or wear nice things must be rich, and by your tone that must be a bad thing. Some of us wear (and use) Rolexes, carry Randalls, and use firearms other than a Glock 29 and that’s ok.

On topic answer:

- I don't wear a belt-knife unless I'm out camping.

1. I am usually carrying an Olamic, an Emerson, a ZT, or any one of a bunch of others (most of which weren't inexpensive).

2. I only carry a flashlight when camping, otherwise my cell-phone camera does just fine.

3. I don't generally carry a means to make fire since I don't smoke, and I work in an office environment. When camping, I have...many.

When camping, I tend to carry one of my Swamp Rat fixed blades, or any of a number of others.

I used to wear a paracord bracelet, but they became too much of a fad item, so now I just wear my watch: an Omega Seamaster (if I'm not wearing one of my Tags).

When on travel, I tend to carry a Glock 19, or when needing to conceal carry, an M&P SHIELD in 9mm.

when you mentioned Christmas, I thought "this guy is coocoo"

but then you said Glock 29, and I knowed it was true :D

my watch is a fitbit charge 2 - gotta get those steps in

daily folder is a spyderco domino, right front pocket
i dont carry a flashlight on my person all the time - I did receive some atomic beam lights (last christmas) that I'm digging and have one in each vehicle and one at the house

i dont carry a fire source daily

outdoor fixed blades include a buck paclite skinner and buck diamondback - dont carry them on my belt though - factory sheaths

i have a paracord with stainless shackle bracelet I wear on my right wrist - honoring a close friend

wallet is just a leather wallet, nothing special.

empty the pockets - beard comb and motorcycle key, front left
car key and (if not wearing) class ring front right
Belt is a Bison Last Chance

1. Watch - i want a Swiss Military Mens Vintage leather watch, anybody know if they are any good?

2. Pocket knife - Chinies made Steel Will Cut Jack in D2 is fine for me. Love mine.

3. Flashlight - Probably go back to carrying a Maglite mini LED Pro. Not the best but good and affordable.

4. Daily carry fire starter - Big Bic lighter but may zip tie a fire steei to my boot strap.

5. Fix blade when your carrying a belt knife - May get an ESEE 4hm with leather sheath. May have somebody make me some handles pit of curly maple. .

6. Do you wear para cord bracelets or Leatherman bracelets? - going to get a Leatherman bracelet and ad a para cord bracelet with a saw and a para cord bracelet with a little knife in the clasp.

Added a pic of other "ideal" folders.

Merry Christmas!
