how about this:

Use the IMG tags from photobucket.
Then click the little yellow icon at the top of the message box labeled "insert image"
When the pop up box appears, remove the http//: that is already there and insert the image tags you got from photobucket.
click the "ok" button. this will insert the image into your post.
hit the reply button to see your post.

You can't get the link from an album view usually. You have to get the direct link to the picture. You can do that by using IE and right clicking the picture and selecting properties, and copying and pasting the link into the IMG brackets, or with google chrome by right clicking the picture and selecting copy picture URL.
