I assume that you would have to sharpen them, can you with a diamond stone?
 
Ok, considering we are knife makers and you posted in the knifemakers forum, tell us how WE can make them.

Can I grind up a my ceramic dishes and use a hammer to pound the dust into a mold I made from fiberglass?

Will that work or should I use known ceramics?
