Noticed something I haven't seen much of on the W&SS forum....

I didn't have the ability to get them last time, I wouldn't mind a few. I like the one with the mountain in the background. If it goes together and I'm back to work, I'll order this time.

They were designed, manufactured and sold thanks to the tireless efforts of someone here on the W&SS forum. And I'll be darned if I can remember his name! He was a reverend, IIRC.

There were a few different designs offered. I think it was about a year ago. Do some searching and you can get the details. Maybe a second run of them can be done....

Here are the two designs I bought:

Preacherman was selling them. I was lucky enough to get in late on the deal, but sadly havent put one on my pack yet. May get my mom to sew it on for me.

Your mom? Hey bro, wilderness survival is all about self reliance. Learn how to sew! It's not rocket science. Maybe a scenario -

A quote (talking about using Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) thorns as needles):

"The thorns were used for sewing needles and awls. I've used them in this way, in conjunction with natural plant fibres to sew up ripped denim and it was quite effective. This could be a life saver in cold weather if, by chance, you happened to damage your coat and this was causing problems in staying warm, or think about a ripped tent seam in bug season. A very useful application".

Not trying to be hard on you bro, but this is an essential skill!
