Notification of Need to Renew

I am supposed to get a notification when I need to renew my Gold Membership. THis is coming due shortly and I do not want it to lapse. How should I go about assuring that it doesn't lapse during this period of email problems?
 
Well guys mine changed after the last few days of down time. Can someone check if this is correct?? Will re-up ASAP
