Notifications question

Hello. I'm totally new here. I just posted for the very first time in the "practice posting pic" thread. My question is how can I set up notifications so that when someone posts a new thread with a slipjoint knife for sale, I get an alert or notified? I read all the FAQs, and I messaged someone at the contact us link, and he told me to go to the tech support forum. So here I am, and I did a search 3 different ways and read through probably 8 or 9 pages of threads looking for an answer before I posted this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much
 
Welcome.

Go to

The Knife Exchange / For Sale by Individuals / For Sale: Traditionals, Slipjoints, "Old Timey"

And select Watch (for the entire forum) on the top right. You can set alerts, email notifications, etc., when new threads are created.

You want to "Watch" the Traditional For Sale forum

Here's the link.

In the screenshot below you'll see the Watch button. Click that and you can set up if you want a notification, email or both.

(On desktop or in horizontal on a phone the Watch button will likely be on the upper right.)

SWEET!!!! Thank you all so much. I've been to the "for sale by individuals/ slipjoints, traditional, old timey " forum before. I just had no clue how to get the notifications if I wasn't actually on the forum at the time. I doubt I would've figured that out, but with your all's help and direction it was even easier to do than I expected. So thank you all very much!
