The Ultra3 has been IMPROVED and was designed to be an EDC or every day carry knife. The Ultra is one of our most popular folding blade flippers. This flipper uses ball bearings for smooth un-restricted blade rotation. We chose to use pivots made by Steve Kelly because of their quality, precision and they just look great in the knife. The blade of this knife has a tumbled finish (Field Edition has an acid washed finish). Handles come in 6AL-4V Ti that has been stonewashed natural or anodized blue or aluminum oxide blasted/stonewashed and anodized gray. Our Mokuti handle Ultra3 comes with a Mokuti faceplate, lock bar side is 6AL-4V Ti anodized.

The Ultra3 was designed to be a perfect everyday carry knife and it continues to be one of Nottingham Tactical's most popular folding knives. This flipper uses ball bearings for smooth unrestricted blade rotation and superior action. Nottingham Tactical chose to use pivots made by Steve Kelly because of their quality, precision, and they just look great in the knife. The 3" CPM-154 stainless steel blade has a tumbled finish and a tactile drop point shape. The handles are made from 6AL4V titanium with a natural stonewashed finish. The knife has the overall look of a Les George VECP but in a more pocketable size with ultra-smooth flipping action. There are no hot spots anywhere on the design and its slender profile makes for something that's very easy to carry. The knife was proudly built and assembled in Nottingham Tactical's machine shop located in Hazlehurst, MS.
