Made in the USA. Brand new and never opened. The plastic clam shell has two seals at the top keeping it closed as seen in the pics. One seal is broken and I dont know how it happened. The other seal looks like it is still intact and not broken. I have never taken it out of the package and there is no way to take it out of the broken side.
