This is a Noveske N4 Basic Recce Upper receiver, 1/7 inch twist, 16 inch barrel with Vortex flash hider. Includes charging handle and new RRA BCG. Also includes Noveske marked Troy BUIS. Upper has the midlength gas system and about 50 rounds fired through it. Upper is ready to pin to your lower. Will consider trades for large Busse family choppers.
