Today I'm offering up a brand-new custom from TBC: an EXK Recessed. This awesome lil’ knife features a beautifully handrubbed satin Elmax blade, Skiff bearings, ceramic detent and full Titanium hardware/scales. The EXK Recessed is the latest evolution of Trevor's EXK “Plus” model, meaning its a linerlock front flipper. The outer scales are ridged milled Darkened Titanium which are offset by a blasted inner liner with satin edges. Clip looks to be Zirblasted or some similar finish. I am the first and only owner of this piece, having never been used or carried. Detent is very crisp and satisfying with a nice thwack sound. I'd call it a solid medium strength. Closing action is incredibly glassy and smooth. Centering and lockup are perfect with no issues. Cosmetically and functionally Mint. Includes a custom take-down driver and an “Assembly Assist Pivot” for take-downs. Comes packaged in a zipper pouch inside a branded black canvas box.
