Ebony came in the mail today. These are really nice.

Not only did every blade shave hair out of the box, but the pull is not nearly as strong any other GEC I have ever handled.

With the smooth pull, I'd say its just a little stronger than my Buck 301's main blade. Very nice.
 
I dont know if its just me, but something about carbon steel and that split back spring just evokes a sense of beauty in the construction. I mean two springs beautifully tapering down and powering one main blade, along with two secondaries. Amazing! I cant wait to get one.
