Never cut frozen meat. That knife will need a massive regrind to fix it. Depending on if you could get it done fairly inexpensively, that might be worth pursuing.

I’d call that toast and hang it on the wall.
Better yet, if you got drywall, I’d put it the wall and use it to hang your oven mits.

It could be repaired but you will lose a bit of blade width.

A full regrind would be required to establish the geometry for proper function.
