I'm sure it will happen sometime between Wednesday and Friday afternoon this week, due to me being out of pocket those days. And the price will be much lower than everyone is anticipating, making it even more sad that I won't be able to order one.

How much is shipping generally? I would assume that if you deduct that from the $647.01, you would have the correct price.

Just looked. It appears to be $14.95 for shipping usually. Subtracted from $647.01 amounts to $632.06. Since Jerry seems to like ending prices in 7, my guess is $637.00
 
Perhaps the pricing posted in the payment plan was an attempt at subterfuge. It has me checking the forum and my e-mail!

Pokey mentioned in her contest thread that the pricing discussion had not occurred prior to the stickie.

So, if that's true...official price is still to be determined.

.3125" is a pretty hefty blade. Anyone wish it were .25"? I ask because some prefer the FGM-CG at .25" to the LE, which was thicker. Just askin' ...
