nuclear meltdown treatment

I was thinking tonight..no, not me the alcohol, the only non busse with meltdown was...…
can you name it?

The busse knives that i have that are chamfered are all well done...and I have been pleasantly surprised to find it on some strippers (Like the Boss Street)...most chamfered jobs are LE's although not all I have pleasantly found out! I like the chamfering over a 90-degree, nice touch in my opinion, of course I have other knives I could strike a steel on...which same applies for the NM treatment. I have never said this before, and it seems that YMMV!!! first time to use that one!

I thought I used to have a Satin Ratmandeux LE that was meltdowned ? Could be the alcohol though...

Just like the new comp finish offering, I’d be willing to pay a modest fee for meltdown. It would be nice to see as an option like the comp finish.

Yep I like it greatly !! It seems just "right" on the NMSFNO and NMFBM however.

I like it on my Ratmandeux LE and NMSFNO. Those are the only examples I have. Although, I do have a Benchmade Balisong that has a Nuked spine on it. It’s pretty sweet, too.
The spine of the NMSFNO does seem to be easier on batons. But then, the NMSFNO seems to do just about everything better than any other knife I’ve had.
I also like chamfered. I’m just easy that way.
