Number 4 friction folder out of five.

Just started with the number 4 friction, the customer wants titanium scales and 3.5mm RWL-34 steel for the blade. As you can see in the pictures I have cut and shape the scales and blade, sandblasted the scales and give a bit of a file work on the back spacer. The next step is to grind and heat treat the blade, after that I will make the sheath and make it ready to go.

Here is the last update for the folder.
The only thing left to do now is to make it sharp and make it ready to go to the new owner.
