Number 4 friction folder out of five.

Just started with the number 4 friction, the customer wants titanium scales and 3.5mm RWL-34 steel for the blade. As you can see in the pictures I have cut and shape the scales and blade, sandblasted the scales and give a bit of a file work on the back spacer. The next step is to grind and heat treat the blade, after that I will make the sheath and make it ready to go.
