Numbered Collectors Program?

I was just told that the collectors program is "in limbo." Danelle or Sal, could you clarify?
 
I spoke to the people "in-the-know" and they did clarify for me. Seems that the actual program is very much intact, it's just up in the air who is actually going to take it over, and run it. It is a very time consuming program, and it is just now being decided who will take it over from the individual(s) that originally cared for it. When it has been decided, I will be glad to post the information here. Sorry for the confusion!
